Use of the RELIEF RESPONSE website provided by Response Scientific, Inc (RSI) and its services are subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement (“TOU”). RSI reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations as set forth.

USE OF CONTENT Use of RSI content (documents, whitepapers, graphics, logos, software, forums, polls, videos, etc.) is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only. You may not modify any content, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, post on any network, broadcast in any media or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services unless expressly permitted by RSI. Elements of RSI websites are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. Content other than that belonging to RSI is licensed or otherwise published by RSI with the permission of the owner of the material. All rights in such materials are reserved to the respective owners.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
RSI makes no warranties or representations of any kind that the services provided by this website or any linked site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the site or the server that hosts the site are free from viruses or other forms of harmful computer code. All such information is provided “as is,” and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. With respect to goods or services purchased directly from RSI through the website, RSI’s liability, in any case, is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods, or the repayment or crediting to you an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods, if RSI so chooses.

RSI Policies and Procedure for Sales of Response Scientific (RSI) Products s:

1. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us; the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason.

Sales Tax for Florida and Wyoming
Response Scientific, Inc is a Wyoming based business with offices in Florida. State sales tax of 4.0% will be added to purchases shipped to destinations within the states of Wyoming and 6.0% for Florida destinations. Tax is computed on sales of all goods before shipping costs.

Shipping Method and Cost
The default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on product and quantity ordered and determined by USPS published rates. No extra handling fees are added to the cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there has been an error on behalf of Response Scientific.  Consumer purchases through the Response Scientific or Relief Response websites for 3 or more bottles receive free shipping.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders upon request. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 11am Eastern Time Monday-Friday to receive guaranteed expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 11am Eastern Time, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the next business day.  On orders shipped overnight or 2Day, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.  Please contact us at orders@responsescientific.com with questions regarding expedited shipping for your order.

Shipping Time
Orders are normally shipped from Florida within 36 hours of order placement.  Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery after placing an order depending on your geographical location.

Damaged Package Received
If you receive a damaged package, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 14 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Cancellation Policy:
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the order processing department immediately after the order is confirmed therefore; the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited to 24 hours. Orders are normally shipped from Florida within 36 hours of order placement, and no order may be canceled once it has been shipped.

Response Scientific Return Policies and Procedures

Return Policy
You may return all items purchased from Response Scientific within 30 days of the original delivery. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Procedure:

  1. Buyer must provide Checkout Receipt of Payment or Credit Card Number of original charge, name, email address and the product you wish to return.
  2. Buyer must contact RSI Customer Service at 407-574-2426 or custcare@responsescientific.com to advise us of return.
  3. RSI will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.  The amount credited will be for the full original payment including shipping & handling fees.

Refunds
Once the product is received and the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days. Please be aware that if paid by check or other major credit cards, your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail us at custcare@responsescientific.com for the fastest response.
